Karan and Kayash Luximon established LuxCap Partners in 2023 as an independent and forward-thinking M&A boutique, dedicated to advising clients on Strategic Consulting and Mergers and Acquisitions.
With more than 15 years of combined experience in prestigious institutions across London and Paris, including top investment banks, hedge funds and multi-family offices, the Luximon brothers hold a wealth of knowledge and a successful track-record of delivering transactions.
Based in two strategic locations, London and Paris, we support entrepreneurs and business owners at key points in their journey, developing bespoke strategies to help unlock value in their businesses.

We collaborate with clients, providing analytical support and strategic advice with regards to their financial and operational decisions, often preparing them before a significant liquidity event. We work with early stage VC-backed businesses as well as more mature businesses.

We provide advice on sell-side, mergers and acquisitions to entrepreneurs, business owners and families who are exploring strategic options. We leverage our global network of institutional and private investors, including some of the most prominent families.

We can act as an extension to your internal team and we leverage our expertise to support your M&A strategy. Whether it is in relation to a buy-side investment or a potential acquisition, our team can partner with yours and execute on-going transactions.
Founders
Karan Luximon
Karan has over 10 years of corporate finance experience. He has developed a strong expertise and an outstanding deal completion track record across a variety of sectors including technology and business services.
Karan started his career within the investment banking division of Société Générale in London advising on large leverage buyouts, and subsequently held roles at Stanhope Capital, finnCap Cavendish and more recently as Head of Corporate Finance at Saranac Partners, where he specialised in business sales and fundraising.
Karan holds a dual Masters degree in Telecom Technology and Finance from Institut Mines-Telecom and Paris Dauphine University.
Kayash Luximon
Kayash has held various positions in the hedge fund industry, most recently as a technology investor at CapWest Equity, a long-only hedge fund based in Paris. Prior to that Kayash had experiences working at Comgest Equity and Amiral Gestion, focusing on US and European technology stocks.
Kayash is also involved as an investor in various businesses, predominantly in the technology sector.
He is graduated in Economics and Finance from Paris-Dauphine University and in Business from New York Baruch University.
Kayash is a CFA level III holder (Chartered Financial Analyst).
